Transform your body and your life with Only the Good Stuff’s signature meal plan. What you put into your body matters. At Only the Good Stuff, we believe in nourishing your body with nutrient-rich foods—lean proteins, healthy fats, and tons of veggies—to support optimal gut health.

Enjoy the highest quality ingredients in delicious, protein- and fibre-rich gourmet meals designed to make healthy eating easy and truly satisfying.

Select your preferred subscription plan from the drop-down menu. Payments are charged weekly on the day of purchase. Meals are delivered straight to your door once a week, every Sunday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Must be in Oakville/Burlington area for delivery.

**This is a subscription-based program requiring a weekly commitment. Assigned credit card will be automatically charged on the same day each week. Additionally, an invoice will be sent automatically via email. If you would like to end your rolling subscription please cancel in your account before 5pm Tuesday the before your Sunday delivery.
